  • I am so sorry to hear that you have left us. As a Grad of the class of 61 along with you, I will always remember your smile
and the times we ran into each other over the years how friendly and full of happiness and fun you were when we talked. I shall miss seeing you Buz. Love Doris

  • Buzz was my neighbor for many years when I lived on Winslow Ave in Richland. There never was a better neighbor and he was just such a great character. We took turns watching each others’ homes when we were out of town. And Buzz often came over to check on me and whoever was my current “friend.” I shared many a laugh with Buzz and learning of his passing brings a tear to my eye. He was such a unique individual and I always thought of him as much more than a neighbor-a true friend. Russ

  • I knew and learned to appreciate Buzz through my soulmate Charlie Gant. The two worked for Burlington Northern together and did many favors for each other during a long friendship. When I first met Buzz, he told Charlie, “I don’t think she’s your type!” It took him awhile, but he admitted he was wrong. Charlie enjoyed baby-sitting Shannon when Buzz needed to be elsewhere. Buzz advised cataract surgery so I can see well enough to keep driving, and my first exam with Pacific Cataract and Laser begins an hour before his services. Maybe my driver and I can stop afterwards for brief but very sincere condolences.

  • Was 2 years behind “Buzz” in high school. We both played trumpet at that time and had many intersting challenges for “first chair”. Enjoyed sitting behind him at the Dust Devils …… RIP.

  • We were Sadden to learn that Buzz had passed away! I had Known Him, (Since I was Younger) from My Father who worked with Him at the Rail Road, which was NOT listed in His Obit! Also, We missed His Service by 2 days, SORRY…Did Not Know In time! Just a Couple weeks ago, while WE were at the “Dust Devils” Baseball Game, WE were Wondering, among Ourselves, “Where’s Buzz”??? ~~~Sincerely~~~Jan Costanzo-Billings & Eric Westman (509) 586-0202
