I remember Elsie as a wonderful cook, all the sleepovers, her smile and laughter, square dancing as well as the love she shown to everyone that came to her home. She will be missed by all but never forgotten.
Elsie Riggin, will be missed – she was my kind loving Aunt and the last of the original Zetter siblings, from North Dakota. Aunt Elsie came to Seattle, at my Mother’s request, hours before my Mother’s passing in 1985. Her life was not easy but her spirit seemed to always be hopeful and joyous. She is one of the best people I have ever known.
