Frank Anderson Daugherty
Frank Daugherty passed away in Richland on Friday, January 25, 2013, to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was born in 1925 in Goshen County Wyoming and served in the Korean Occupation from 1946 to 1947. In April of 1950 he married Esther Russell and they had four children.
Frank and Esther were married 60 years living in Richland since their marriage. He took great pride in his garden, loved to go camping, and spend time with family and friends. Frank was very involved in his church and served as an Elder for many years at Pasco Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Esther and son Joseph Daugherty. He is survived by his son James Daugherty, daughters Jill Harvey and Judi Giomi, 7 grandchildren and one great grandson.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013, 11:00 am, at Pasco Christian Church.
Remembrances may be sent in Frank's name to the "Benevolence Committee" at Pasco Christian Church, 1524 West Marie Street, Pasco, WA 99301.
I love you grandpa. You were such an amazing man. If i can find a love half as good as yours and grandmas id be one lucky girl. Can’t believe you two are gone and how much i miss you.
To my second father, it is sad that you went just a few days after mom. At least the four of you are together and becoming guardian angels for all of the children.
I’m so sad to hear about Frank! He was so sweet. When I told my kids of his passing, my oldest said, “well, he’s with Esther and they can watch little kids together!” Hugs and prayers to the entire family!!
