Thuan Thi Le, 97, of Richland Washington died Wednesday, October 10, 2012.

She was born in Dong Kinh Lang Son, Vietnam, to Minh and Ly Ha. Growing up, nothing was more important to Thuan than family. Most of her time was spent enjoying the company of friends and family. She lived a long and fulfilling life that lasted nearly a century and spanned two continents. But in all in that time and regardless of where life took Thuan, her love for her family was forever enduring. For that, she will be dearly missed.

She married the late Tuc Van Le in 1931, and they were happily married for 62 years. Thuan immigrated to the U.S in January of 1990 and settled down in Richland, WA, with her two sons and their families. She is survived by her sons, Lan Le and Tuong Le; daughters in law, MacLan Le and Huong Le; grandchildren, Trieu Le, Tien Le, Lamson Le, Anh Le, Vivian Le, and Dong Le; and great-grandchild, Jonah Ramirez.

A memorial service to celebrate Thuan's life will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012, at Einan's Memories at Sunset Event Center, 915 By-Pass Highway 240, Richland, WA. The Family Prayer Service will begin at 1:00 PM and public visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM. Funeral procession will occur at Einan's Funeral Home the following afternoon at 1:00 PM on October 20, 2012.
