Hotrodder to the end, Wild Bill Allen will be sorely missed by all his friends in the lower valley. A charismatic character, that told it like it was, and took no bull from anyone. Big Block Chevy Expert, Quadrijet carburetor surgeon, Welder extraordinaire, Suspension dynamic hobbist, Race car driver impersonator, Lady’s man.
I had the honor of being one of Bill’s friends for 30+ years, more like a brother to me. His presence will always linger in my garage and every time I light up the oxy/acetylene torch will be like lighting a candle in his honor.
We didn’t know Bill very well he is my grandchildrens Grand Father he came to there birthdays and was always so nice and personable it was a joy to share these times with him I know he well be missed so much. I pray that God will comfort his family and friends.
Bill you went to fast! I don’t think I have totally believed you are gone. One thing that sticks in my head is the way you never said goodbye! You’d say this is ol’Bill and have your say but never say goodbye. The line would just go dead! I am not going to say good-bye either–just see you again. You were an awesome dad and grandfather! An awesome brother-in-law too. In case I never told you enough I love you Bill! We all will take care of Christy and Rob. You can be very proud of your children Bill at what an incredible job they have been doing the last few days! We all are blessed Till we meet again Love, love, love Rena
My father, Oscar Hinojosa made Bill a part of our family many years ago…any gathering we had, Bill would be there…Birthdays, Baptisims, Graduations, any time we were together to feast on my Mom’ food, it seems Bill would be included! Dad nick named him Bill Hinojosa! I know my brothers Noel and JJ will forever feel that void…my sisters and I will miss his presence. Our prayers are with your family.
We didn’t know Bill well he is my Grandchildrens Grampa. He would always come to the childrens Birthday. He was always personal and witty it was a pleasure to enjoy these good times with him. He will be missed. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends.
Remembering our Dads lighting fireworks on the 4th of July…remembering when one tipped over and shot at us causing everyone to scream and scatter…good times. :- I love you Christy and Robert.

So much I could ramble on about.

Well you are at rest! You would have been amazed at the turnout. Lots of good memories were shared and we met some new “friends”. I guess I didn’t realize how many people you impacted. We love you and your memory will live on!!
Even though the time we were able to get to know you was to short we wanted to say …. how rare it is to find someone so gentle who always had a kind word and smile on their face.
Bill was such a wonderful guy. I am so glad my family got to know him. He became our adopted grandpa. He will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to the family. Renee, Brandi, Joe, Kayla and Orion
