Mary Ann Blair, 63, passed away June 27, 2009 after a long and brave fight with cancer. She was born in Missoula Montana, upon leaving Montana she came to the Tri-Cities in 1969, in which she resided in Richland over the next 40 years and raised 3 sons.
Mary had many jobs including working at Bingo City and for many years working at Yo's Wishy Wash Laundromat in which she met many friends and greatly enjoyed.
Mary loved to play card games, board games, Keno, Bingo, taking care of the grandchildren, the occasional trip to the Wildhorse, and decorating for the holidays!
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Fred Blair, son Mike Blake and parents Clyde and Bertha.
Mary leaves behind John Blake, Jimmy Blair, her grandchildren, Travis Blake, Sasha Blair, Austin Blair, and future grandchild Paxten Blair.
She is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be held Monday, July 6th at 2:00pm at Einan's Funeral Home in Richland, WA.
I will always remember Mary as a very dear friend and a sweet spirited person. She made weekly trips to the laundrymat something to look forward to. I enjoyed her sense of humor and playing cribbage with her. She was a lot of fun to be around. I am very thankful to have known Mary and to have her as a friend. She will be missed dearly.
I loved Mary in a very special way. She will be remembered and loved by me forever. She was a second mom to me at an important time in my life. She was so rich in spirit, loved her sons with all of her heart, and brought joy to all she knew.
I know that as much as she is missed here on Earth, she is bringing happiness to Heaven. I know how happy she must be to be reunited with her husband that she adored and her son, Mike, that she missed so very much. I am sure she is watching over John, Jimmy, and all her precious grandbabies.
My love to all her family. I am sorry for your loss.
