George Sandy enjoyed bowling, trailering in Alaska & the Oregon coast, golfing, reading, and driving the family across country to see grandparents in Ironwood, MI. He was a long time member of Southside Church and Anchorage AK church where He sang tenor in the choir his wife being the choir director for 44 years. My sincerest sympathy goes out to Aunt Betty & cousins Jeff, Sandy, Laurie & Doug, at the passing of UNCLE Sandy. I have soooo many fond memories to keep with me of Uncle Sandy. What a wonderful MAN Uncle Sandy was…a devoted Husband, Father,Son & Christian. He was a shining example to all of us. I know that Uncle Sandy is up in Heaven now with my Dad Dick Polk keeping God’s hands full.
May God Bless the entire Hammack family. I Love You All….Rick
My love is with you all. I will truly miss my Teddy Bear as I called him. He is with GOD and in great company. Love Donna
