Rodney was a real friend to me and my family, the Ortiz Family, my dad, Adolph, my mom Sandy, my sisters, Kathleen and Erica. His humor, true kindness and unselfishness, his hard work ethic is something we all will remember about Rodney. We were in FFA together and attended every function both school related and personal fun parties and such. I’ve thought often of him and his family and friends and I am honored to be signing this guest book for his family and friends. You are in heaven with so many of my friends who have gone to the Lord recently. God bless everyone and remember to share LOVE everyday.
My heart goes out especially to my
dear friend Rodneys’ fiance Teresa
Di Bietto whom I had the pleasure of meeting when I saw Rodney last .
He was a very wonderful person and
when he stopped at our shop ” The
Victorian Connection” He would tell
me about his visits to the monks at
The Assumption Abbey when he passed
thru Richardton,ND.I went to school
there so we had a lot in common .I
will deeply miss my dear friend .I
know God is proud of him and will
give him his own special place of
happiness.Rodney has spread so much
happiness where ever he went.Til we
meet again dear friend…….Simon
As one of the tellers at Banner Bank and along with Pam, Randi, Chris and Melanie want to send our deepest sympathy to Rodney’s family and to Teresa. We loved it when he would come into the bank to cash his checks. He was just so must fun to talk to. We were so very happy that he had found love and it was as though he was a kid all over again. Teresa he loved you so and we were glad to get to meet you a couple of times at the bank. I just can’t believe he is gone. He was a very special man and I for one am very happy to have had the pleasure to know him.

My thoughts will always be with you! You will always be a brother to me. I have so many memories of us that will NEVER be forgotten. Love you Rodney and family!!!!
My Family & I would like to send our Condolences, Thoughts & Prayer’s to Rodney’s Family & Friend’s. My sister Janet Saadieh and I also attended Lowell Elementry, Hoover JR. High and Lincoln High School with Rodney. He was two years/grades behind me and one year ahead of my sister. He will always be remembered by his Happy-Go-Lucky attitude. I think there was never a time “that I can recal” seeing Rodney without a smile on his face. I was fortunate to have served as a Cub/Boy Scout with Rodney, deliver news paper’s and just ride bikes with him……Man that was a long time ago however feels like it was just yesterday. Rodney will be missed but never forgotten. God Bless Rodney and his loved ones.
Alway’s,
Rodney and our family go back all the way to Kindergarten… we lived in the same neighborhood and attended the same schools from Grade school through Highschool and even after we graduated Rodney and I have managed to keep in touch.I have so many memories of Rodney, Rhonda, Robby myself and my brother Kai hanging out together and riding our bikes throughout the neighborhood. I was lucky enough to have hung out and partied with Rodney at our highschool reunion and then seeing him and his sister Rhonda at the Big Bone Games as well. I will miss Rodney very much and will always hold the memories close to my heart. Rodney was a friend for life… I look forward to seeing him once again when it is my time to go.
My deepest condolences to all the family and friends who grieve for Rodney.
Best wishes always
Janet Shaffer Saadieh
My brother was very special to me. My heart is heavy with emotion as I say that my children, Stephanie and Benjamin will also truly miss their Uncle Rod. His big bright red truck and his dog Molly. Stephanie has driven many times with Rod to Oregon and my son was just beginning a special bond with the Church with his Uncle. I used to follow Rod like a little sister does. He didn’t always like it, but some of my best memories are of us in Ag at Lincoln. I looked up to him and I still do. I am confident that he is looking over me and my children and his light will show us the way. I will miss you Rod, more and more every day. Love you bro, your sissy, Rhonda
