Mary Francis Ann Shuster
Mary Ann Shuster was born December 5, 1950 to Homer Alexander and Margaret Lavine Carter in Morely, Missouri. Jesus called Mary home on February 13, 2008 in Richland, Washington.
Jesus, her church, and her family were most important to her. She wrapped herself around her grandchildren as they brought her so much happiness. Mary rarely met a person that she did not become friends with. She enjoyed playing pranks on people and having so much fun. You rarely saw Mary without a smile.

Sisters Betty Rivera, Patsy Weaver, sister-in-law Euleeta Carter, brothers Billy Doris Carter, Larry Karen Carter, and Ricky Cheryl Carter, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family also survive.
Mary is also survived by close friends Dorene Mama Weid Weideman, Sarah Guin, Cathy Byrd, and Marlene Reyes.
Preceding Mary in death are her parents, brother Jerry Carter, and brother-in-law Robert Rivera.
The family would also like to thank Dr. Randall Farrar for all his caring support and generosity, Dr. John Walker for all his care and advice, and Dr. Amy Marinov for her personal attention and care for the short time Mary was her patient.

Mary Ann was our young Sister. She was truly a WONDERFUL CHRISTIAN LADY.
Loved God, Her Family, And Church Family…
She told me a few weeks ago she had prayed to go HOME to be with JESUS when she was in
the hospital before.
God has granted her request. It’s so good knowing she’s ready to meet our maker and her loved ones. Our prayers are with the rest of her family.
Mary was a sweet friend and wonderfull saint of God. I know her last prayers were for her kids. That’s the kind of mother she was. We’ll miss you, Mary. Kids, answer your Mom’s prayers and get to know the Lord like she did. In the fullness of the truth. We’ll all celebrate in eternity together. Love, The Carters
Mary you will be missed deeply. I love you sis.
People like Marry are one in a million. She was truely a remarkable person & will be missed greatly by all who knew her. She was always there for us no matter what the need, weather it be a shoulder to cry on or to share good news. We love you Sister Marry and will never forget your beautiful smile or the little dance you would always do.

I will remember Aunt Mary for her laugh, she was always cheerful and fun to be around. She was in many ways like my dad, her brother Jerry Carter in that they both loved to tell jokes and just enjoy life.
I am sure they will be in heaven together keeping everyone entertained.
Mary gave of herself unselfishly. We forever owe her a debt of gratitude for her thoughtfulness to our mother. She truly showed the light of God’s love in her life by showing such love to others. We miss you Mary. Thanks.
Aunt Mary Ann was so cheerful and friendly. I remember all of the many, many good times that we had together. She will be deeply missed. Our very last words we spoke to each other were ” I Love You.”
Mary will be very missed. I only knew her for a short time but we hit it off instantly when we started picking on each other. Mary ALWAYS had a smile on her face. She would come into the clinic struggling so hard for every breath and I was scared and not wanting to joke but not Mary she would start picking and just kept smiling. She will be truely missed. My heart and prayers are with her whole family. But Joseph, Jim, Carrie, there is a special hug from me to you. Thank you Mary!! Annette Ozbat
