From West, Richland, WA, US | Born in Laramie, Wyoming
U. Jacen Sealock
Jacen Sealock died on October 27, 2002 doing what he loved to do. Hunting and fishing were his passions and surpassed only by his love for his wife and children.
Jacen was born October 3, 1971 in Laramie, Wyoming. He has lived in the Tri-Clities since 1977. He graduated from Hanford High School and attended WSU. He was employed by Rogers Surveying.
Jacen is survived by his wife, Anitra, children Kristin and Dustin. His parents John and Carol Sealock and Terrill and Nellie Hope; sister Jaime and brother-in law BJ Taruscio; Terry and Danika Hope; John and Carol Donovan; Susie and Neval Harris, Shawna and Corey Collinson . He was preceded in death by his grandfathers and cousin Andrew Powles. Jacens memorial will be November 1, 2002 at Einans in Richland at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, a college fund will be established for Kristin and Dustin at GESA Federal Credit Union. Gifts to the Columbia Basin Dive and Rescue Unit which worked so diligently to retrieve him would be appropriate. We will never be the same without him, but blessed by the time we had with him.
My thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends of Jacen. Although we can’t understand why, how lucky Jacen was to be taken while doing something he truly loved. God bless. Cinda
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
May you find comfort in your memories and the many
friends and relatives that care deeply for you.
God bless you–Sharon & Phil Pulver
I am so grateful we had Jaime and BJ’s wedding just four weeks before Jacen’s accident. What a great time and such wonderful memories and of course the precious family pictures. Jace was a terrific husband, father, son, brother, nephew and friend. We must all be sure his children grow up knowing what a great and loving person he was. We will remember you, Jace, Always and Forever… With Love, Aunt Marcia
