  • Although I have not seen Stacie in a couple of years, I worked with her at Battelle. Stacie always had a smile and was very enjoyable to talk with. I am very saddened by her passing and would like the family to know that my thoughts are with you.

With deepest symathy we will ALL miss Stacie. In her ways she was an angel. Kind, gentle, understanding and very loving person. Emily and Sammi need to remember that she will be looking and watching over them from her cloud. That is how I will remember her. We all loved her and she will be missed by all who lives she touched.

  • Jeremy, I am so sorry about your loss. I spoke with Stacie that morning from KMC and she was doing “ok” and wanted me to let Peter Smith her boss at PNNL about her being at the hospital. She was “up” and was ready for the surgery. Then to get the next message that she had passed away. Words will never be enough to tell you how sorry I am. You, Emily, and Sammi were her life. You are a special person who now has a very special job of raising your girls. Jeremy, I am so sorry.

  • Jeremy,

Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Stacie’s passing. Stacie was a beautiful caring person and loved by all who knew her. I was fortunate enough to get to know Stacie while sharing the same “small” and I do mean “small” office at Battelle. I can tell you there was always a smile on her face when speaking of you or Sammi. She was a joy to be around and a wonderful friend to have. Although I had not spoken to Stacie since leaving Battelle and moving to Arizona I have never forgotten our friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I do not know how to express how very saddened I am at hearing of Stacies passing. May god give your family the strenth to carry on. The one thing that stands out most when I think of Stacie is her smile and how she brightened a room when she entered. One could not help but feel good when around her. She was as close to a saint as anyone I have ever met. I will continue to pray for your family.

  • Jeremy, my thoughts and prayers go out to you, your daughters and family. I knew Stacie from our days at the Federal Bldg when we worked together. I only saw her occasionally once she started for PNNL, and I would like to have known her better as I know she was a wonderful loving wife, mother, friend and will be missed by all. Take comfort in knowing that she will always be with you.

  • I worked at PNNL with Stacie and was very sad to read about her passing in the newspaper. I had to let you know how I felt about her. I interfaced with Stacie on several occasions when she worked in Property Management, as I was a property rep for one of the depts at PNNL. Stacie was a WONDERFUL person. She always went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out and make sure all of my issues were taken care of, even when some of my requests/issues weren’t apart of her responsibilities. She always followed up with me and was a wealth of information. I could always count on Stacie; she knew her job well and was very dedicated. And on top of it all, she always had a smile and a pleasant attitude. I truly enjoyed working with her. She will certainly be missed by her co-workers.

  • Jeremy and Family,

My deepest sympathy for you loss. Stacie and I attended school together since the 6th grade, but have only seen each other a few times since graduation.

I remember Stacie being so quiet, but confident. She was always very sincere and a wonderful friend. I only wish we would have kept in touch.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God bless you and give you strength .

I wish you God’s healing touch in this time of your lives. Take care.

  • What a beautiful picture of Stacie. She looks so vibrant and loving.

Jeremy, I am so sorry about your loss. Stacie was so brave and courageous through her battle. But in the end her poor heart just couldn’t take it any longer. I have read her emails she has sent to me over and over again. She always states “I just want to feel better”. She would tell me what the Dr.s were going to do next and she hoped that it would make her feel better.

I commend you on your support and love you obviously have for Stacie. You two always held strong with each other through life’s many trials that were thrown upon you. You are a wonderful father and Emily & Sammi are so fortunate they have a person of your character to raise them.

I will miss Stacie very much and will think of her often. I will also give Emily an extra big hug every morning at Nanna’s.

Take care and remember that Con and I are always here for you and your girls.

May God contine to bless you and give you strength and courage to continue fighting on behalf of your beautiful wife.

  • Stacie and I became friends working together @ our first job in high school. We were “Baskin Robbins Buddies”. For a brief time, we even became stepsisters!

Stacie always had a sparkle in her eyes, and truly was an angel.

We last spoke a few months ago-actually, it must have been more than a few. Stacie was thrilled to share the news with me that she was in remission. I was shocked to hear of her passing.

Staci had recently sent me some beautiful family photographs, and it is clear that she derived her greatest joy from all of you!

Rose & Keri, I am so very sorry. Now Stacie truly is an angel. Please give our love to the rest of the family. You are all in our prayers!!

When I saw Stacie’s memorial in the paper it broke my heart. I remember her as such a beautiful and special pre-teen girl. God has a plan for even this, but it is oh so hard! I am praying for you, and asking that the Lord would comfort you with His grace and mercy. • Stacie and I shared an office in her last job as a financial assistant. I miss her so much, and I only knew her for such a short time just less than a year, so I can only imagine your heartache. I had a surgery scheduled last Friday 9/27 and she called me that day to see how I was doing – not to tell me how much pain she was in, but to see if I needed anything. That was just the way she was – always putting others first. I feel blessed to have known her, even if for such a short time. Our business office is not the same without her here. Stacie and I talked often about God and “why”. We never had any answers but she assured me she was doing a lot of praying and asking God for a peace. We still don’t know those answers, but I guarantee that Stacie does now!!

Jeremy and family – my prayers are with you. I can only imagine the hole her leaving has left in your lives. I miss seeing the pictures of all of you all over her office – she truly loved you with her whole heart.

I yearned for strength, but strength is beyond my reach.

  • I knew Stacie mainly through work and she was always a pleasure to work with and always had a smile on her face and laughter in her voice. I will keep her family in my prayers but I know that Stacie is now a beautiful angel in heaven. God Bless You.
