Harold Schonberger was a very special Grandfather. He was not only a very caring and loving man, he was also extremly intelligent. He was a wonderful cook and always made great meals for family gatherings. Some of my fondest memories are of spending time at he and grandma’s house in Detroit Lakes Minnesota. All us grandkids loved to go fishing and swimming in the lake. I will always treasure my memories of such happy times.
Our family would like to thank the Hospice House staff for the loving care they showed dad during his final days. Thank you Einans Funeral Home, especially Gary for your kindness and a special thank you to Pastor Marten and Pastor Hickman of Richland Lutheran Church for your many visits and prayers. Dad was greatly loved and he will be missed.
